God Begins In Dirt was recorded through the very rough year of 2012 with an intended released on vinyl in early 2013, but due to personal Issues and financial reasons the record was shelved. I lost my father at around the same time I learned my girlfriend was pregnant with my son Simon, so I found it hard to concentrate and spend money. I am extremely proud of this record and it showed Graham Low, Matt Hammer, Shelley McKann, and myself at our very tightest. This record also marks the large cast of musicians that I love having perform on my records as well as the debut of Thor Harris as a regular on my records
